Welcome to Pofah. These Terms of Service govern your use of our Inner Development & Mental Practices Courses and related offerings at honestreport.cyou. By enrolling in any program, purchasing any digital resource, or ordering any physical product from Pofah, you agree to these terms.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Pofah services, information products, or goods, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our offerings.
2. Services
Pofah provides live and recorded sessions focused on inner development and mental practices. Services include individual coaching, group workshops, and guided practice sessions.
3. Information Products
Digital offerings include e-books, audio recordings, video courses, and downloadable practice guides delivered electronically after purchase.
4. Physical Products
Physical goods such as printed workbooks or branded merchandise are shipped to the address you provide during checkout.
5. Registration and Access
To register for live sessions or purchase products, you must provide accurate contact and billing details. Access to digital courses will be granted via your Pofah account credentials.
6. Fees and Payment
All fees are listed in the currency indicated on the product page. You agree to pay the stated amount at the time of purchase. Pofah reserves the right to modify prices at any time, but fee changes will not affect confirmed orders for which payment has been received.
7. Cancellation and Refund Policy
7.1 Services
For individual coaching and live workshops:
- Rescheduling: You may reschedule a session up to 48 hours before its start without penalty.
- Refund Eligibility: You may request a full refund up to 7 days before the scheduled session. Refunds are processed within 14 days to your original payment method.
- Non-Refundable Services: Group retreats and intensive programs require advance planning and resource allocation. These offerings are non-refundable once enrollment is confirmed, but you may transfer your spot to another participant or future date by contacting us at least 14 days prior.
7.2 Information Products
For digital downloads and recorded courses:
- Refund Window: You may request a refund within 14 days of purchase provided you have not accessed or downloaded the materials.
- Post-Access Policy: Once access is granted or content is downloaded, all sales are final.
- Processing: Approved refunds are issued within 14 days to your original payment method.
7.3 Physical Products
For printed materials and merchandise:
- Damages or Defects: Report any damage or defect within 5 days of delivery with photo evidence.
- Return Procedure: Upon approval, return the item to Pofah at the address below. You are responsible for shipping unless the item is defective.
- Refund or Replacement: We will issue a refund or ship a replacement within 14 days of receiving the returned item.
8. Intellectual Property
All course content, digital materials, and branding elements are the property of Pofah or its licensors. No portion may be reproduced or distributed without express permission.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pofah is not liable for indirect damages arising from the use of our services or products.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Leinster, Ireland, without regard to conflict of laws principles.
